President Ruto Opens 2023 Nairobi International Trade Fair

President Dr William Samoei Ruto this afternoon opened the 2023 Nairobi International Trade Fair at Jamhuri Park in the outskirts of the city.

It was the first time the president graced this important gala event in the agricultural and trade calendar as Head of State.

Present were Cabinet Secretaries Adan Duale (Defence) and Chelugui (Cooperatives and Micro and Small Enterprise), Nairobi Governor Johnson Arthur Sakaja, Attorney General Justin Muturi, Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu, among other leaders.

In his speech the president extolled the virtues of his Bottom-up Economic Transformation Agenda. He also interacted with exhibitors from various sectors of the economy.
