Ruto Kicks off Siaya Visit By Laying Foundation Stone at Urenga in Orengo’s Backyard

The latest update of the Presidential itinerary in Nyanza indicates that around 11:00 am today His Excellency Dr. William Samoei Ruto will lay the foundation stone for Urenga Level 3A Hospital in Ugenya Constituency.

The Member of Parliament for Ugenya is Mr. David Ochieng, the leader of MDG Party. Last evening Siaya Governor James Orengo was seen making hasty last minute arrangements at the venue.

The message is loud and clear that the president’s visit is as political as it is development oriented. ODM Party leaders in Nyanza will tag along as their comrades willing to work with the Kenya Kwanza Government bring development home.
