The High Court in Nairobi today  extended interim orders blocking the deployment of police officers to Haiti.

Third way Alliance Party Leader in a statement via X on Tuesday October 24 said the orders will remain in place until his petition is heard and determined.

“The court has extended the interim orders stopping the deployment of Kenya police to Haiti until the petition is determined. We are back in court on 9th November 2023,” said Aukot.

The High Court had first blocked the deployment of police officers to Haiti on October 9 after Aukot filed a petition.
