ICT Cabinet Secretary Eliud Owalo was the Chief Guest at Bondo Teachers Training College’s 26th Graduation Ceremony held at the college today.
CS Owalo spoke about the crucial importance of embracing digital technologies in education, with a key focus on the graduands’ role as catalysts for positive change in the evolving landscape, particularly in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
CS Owalo highlighted the government’s commitment to digital transformation, the importance of instilling digital ethics, and the potential of technology to democratize education.
He was accompanied by Bondo MP, Dr. Gideon Ochanda. Also present were the Chairman of the Board of Management, Elly Wanyonyi Osiemo, the Principal, Charles Waema Mutua, and the Bishop of the Anglican Church Diocese of Bondo, Rev. Prof. David Kodia.
