The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has announced that the first Grade 6 Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA) report will be released by January 2024.
KNEC Chief Executive Officer David Njengere said marking the 2023 KCPE examinations was a priority this year.
Coming short of admitting that the markers were overwhelmed with handling two sets of exams concurrently, Njengere said;
“Take note that the KCPE was prioritized however KNEC is finalizing KPSEA. The KPSEA reports will be ready before candidates proceed to junior school in January”.
Njengere was speaking during the release of the 2023 KCPE examination results at the KNEC’s New Mitihani House.
