Tension is mounting in Kiplombe Area of Uasin Gishu as three bodies of middle-aged men were recovered from Ngano Farm owned by Moi Barracks.
The three were allegedly cornered by KDF officers weaning from a harvested farm and beaten to death. The farm had been harvested by yesterday and the three, in the company of a fourth person who had been rescued alive but later succumbed on the way to Moi Referral and Teaching Hospital had come by night to collect maize remains.
The residents of Kiplombe have blocked the police from nearby Kamagut Police Station from collecting the bodies of the deceased which were dumped in a shallow ditch claiming justice and reparations.
The deceased had injuries on their back sides and head with lacerations all over their bodies; symptoms of lashing with whips.
The residents are furious over what they claim is constant harassment of young men in the area by the military men.
