This week, Siaya residents witnessed fighting youth from opposing sides of the political divide hit each other with plastic seats at a funeral attended by Hon. Raila Odinga in Ugenya. During an end of year thanks giving service at his home on Friday, Hon. Elisha Odhiambo asked the security teams to make haste and arrest perpetrators of vilolence, especially in Gem, and bring back sanity to public events.
