Siaya Deputy Governor CPA Dr. William Odhiambo Oduol has embarked on a strategic tour of African nations, evaluating investment potentials and fostering cross-border collaborations.

Currently in Burundi, his journey includes stops in Tanzania, Rwanda, Namibia, Algeria, and culminates with a focus on opportunities in Morocco.
These prospective ventures, if realized, hold the promise of significant economic gains for the residents of Siaya, contributing to their empowerment.
Dr. Oduol has an entrenched international networking proficiency having worked with Safaricom, Coca-Cola Africa and Microsoft.
Early last year Oduol had a fallout with Siaya Governor James Orengo when a botched plan to impeach him was aborted by Senate. His allegations of wanton corruption in the Siaya County Government have lately been vindicated by ongoing intensified investigations targeting the Executive by the Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission (EACC).
Dr. Oduol maintains that his mission to uplift the living standards of the residents of Siaya remains unchanged.
Dr. Oduol has also been to Algeria, Morocco, and Egypt. Next week he heads to Tanzania then South Africa.
