Bizarre Exchange As Eloquent Siaya MCA Engages Youth Leader in Drunken Banter

Spread the love

A usually erudite and highly proficient Siaya Member of the County Assembly became a laughing stock last night when he engaged a Youth Leader on development matters while obviously under the influence of alcohol.

Besides ranting about his wife and children the usually vocal MCA made bizarre suggestions on how to handle issues affecting the County including one which went like:

Question – Chairman Youth Group: Do we have funds allocated for health,, between health and Prince Indah what’s the priority?

Answer- MCA: Mention 5 medical facilities in central or Rift Valley with drugs

Probably not realising that the exchange had attracted a lot of attention from the one thousand-plus members of the WhatsApp group the MCA known for his eloquence on the floor of the House and mastery in Machiavellian intrigues ended up sounding like a retarded third-grader when he posted irrelevant emojis and asked whether the youth leader was in a position to join him (in whatever crude enterprise he was engaged in).
