On Sunday January 7, 2023 the Kenya Women Teachers Association (KEWOTA) Secretariat held the official year-opening meeting.
The staff reflected on the successes and challenges of the previous year and formulated a working path for the new year.
The plan’s central focus is scaling projects that have been improving the living standards of teachers, and creating new programs based on challenges faced by women teachers in Kenya. The programs available to KEWOTA members will be unveiled in due time.
The meeting was steered by KEWOTA’s executives; Madam Modesta the Chairperson, Madam Jacinta the National Treasurer and Madam Benter the CEO.
This year, women teachers will have an array of personal development opportunities to choose from, more retirees will be onboarded, and more teachers will see their living standards improved courtesy of KEWOTA.
KEWOTA can be contacted through 0784321321 or info@kewota.co.ke.
