The Directorate of Criminal Investigations is now seeking the assistance of Interpol to track down the whereabouts of Davis Nathan Chelugoi, a former Nairobi Provincial Commissioner.

Mr. Chelugoi went underground after a warrant of his arrest was issued by Milimani Principal Magistrate Dolphina Alego on December 23, 2023.

The former administrator is implicated in a KES 1.35 billion land fraud case involving the forgery of documents related to an 18-acre land in Lower Kabete, Nairobi City County.

The bulky and jovial PC Chelugoi has simply vanished. Detectives are asking for assistance from the public to share information that could lead to his apprehension.
