The body of a student at Thika Institute of Business Studies (TIBS) who had gone missing last week has been found murdered in a most foul way.
The body was mutilated and doused with acid before being thrown in an abandoned quarry near Muthaara area of Witeithie Ward, Juja sub-County in Kiambu County.
The student, Kelvin Ongoi also doubled as a Bodaboda rider in his spare time.
Last Friday Kelvin Ongoi was reported missing and his motorcycle tracking device had gone dead. Preliminary reports by Detectives investigating the case indicate that the motorcycle tracking device signal was lost in or around Witeithie Estate.
Detectives are currently pursuing leads to establish the cause of the death.
