Team Fred Odumo Nying’uro Distributes Certified Maize Seeds to 61 Small-scale Farmers in Awasi Border

Team Wakili Fred Odumo Nying’uro on Monday 29 April 2024 actively participated in a certified maize seeds distribution exercise to residents of Awasi Boarder 1( Kanyipola and Kaswa Gola Clans).

The exercise aims to support food security and nutrition, and upwards of 61 small-scale farmers benefited from the distribution.

Wakili Fred Odumo Nying’uro firmly believes in food security and has often said:

“By equipping our farmers with certified seeds we empower them to harness the full potential of their work and maximize their agricultural yields “.

Entrenched in his manifesto is the empowerment of farmers. Fred Odumo Nying’uro believes that when our farmers succeed the entire nation thrives.
