SUBJECT- LATE RAPE INCIDENT REPORT
REFER:My OB 35/12/05/2024 at 1635hrs it was reported by one Jennifer Sande Omulo a Luo female adult aged 25 years of tel 0757852*** and a house girl of one David Nyaramba at Talentos area Shelly beach map ref.729492 about 600 meters south of the station.
That today 12th May 2024 at 0200hrs she was woken up by her boss namely David Nyaramba to serve him food.
After meals, he ordered her to make his bed at his bedroom. At the bedroom he started touching her breasts and demanded to have sex with her but she refused.
Then her boss ordered her to remove her under wear.
The lady resisted to have unprotected sex so she tricked him that she was going to get a condom. The suspect called her from her bed room to the sitting room and grabbed and pushed her to the sofa set and forcefully raped her.
The incident happened when the wife of the suspect had been admitted with a sick child at Diani hospital.
The victim of the rape has stated during statement recording today 14/5/2024 that David nyaramba is a police inspector based at DCI regional headquarters coast.
