Barely a day after he officiated at the annual Kisumu County Teachers fun-day held at Momboleo grounds, senatorial aspirant Fred Odumo Nying’uro took the county, yet again, by storm on Monday as he traversed Rabuor, Korowe and Katito markets.

Wakili Fred Odumo first made a stopover at Rabuor Market where he officially handed over a shed he constructed for the Bodaboda, Matatu, Lorry and Tractors Association of Rabuor/Kobura. He handed over a donation of KES 5,000 in cash, 100 aprons for women traders and 50 reflectors for Bodaboda operators.

The Odumo convoy then made a second stopover at Korowe Market. Here he officially handed over a shed he constructed for the Boda boda, Matatu, Lorry and Tractors Association of Korowe. He also made a cash donation of KES 5,000, 50 aprons for women traders and 50 reflectors for Bodaboda operators.

Finally the team made yet another stopover at Katito market where Wakili officially handed over a shed he constructed for the Bodaboda, Matatu, Lorry and Tractors Association of Katiito. Wakili equally made a handsome donation of KES 5,000 in cash, 100 aprons for women traders and 100 reflectors for Bodaboda operators.

In each stopover enthusiastic residents turned out to receive the popular Odumo who is billed as the most likely candidate to take over as Kisumu Senator after Prof. Tom Ojienda.

Wakili has created an admirable rapport with women and the youth in Kisumu County and all his functions are marked by spontaneous organic crowds.
