Vocal ODM Politician Robert Alai has finally broken his silence over a cartoon image that has been making rounds on social media.

The ODM legislator who was once a vocal critic of the Ruto Administration has turned out to be one of the most ardent supporters of the same Government.

From being a stringent critic of the Kenya Kwanza policies, Alai has turned out to be the voice of the President especially on social media and has even openly fought those who try to fight the President.

The switch from being a critic to being a supporter of the President has made him acquire critics as well, who have since been accusing him of being a sellout.

Alai was one of the vocal ODM legislators who became a supporter of President William Ruto after the formation of the broad based Government with the former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.

In the recent cartoon image publication that has been shared by him, Alai is being portrayed as a dog of President William Ruto under President Ruto’s branded nickname Kasongo’.

The cartoon publication has caused a stir online with a section of Kenyans agreeing with it. The publication emanates from the fact that Mr. Robert Alai has been a supporter of the President Ruto’s policies even those that do not sit well with the general public, characteristic to the loyalty often portrayed by dogs to their masters.

His recent support for the President has been termed as blind support with a section of Kenyans even referring to his allegiance to the President as sycophantic.

Alai has simply made fun of the cartoon image and laughed it off. He even stated that he loves it in his reaction.
