Kibra Societal Empowerment, Peace and Budget Champions Organization towards Refugees Alive Initiative Nairobi Chapter under the umbrella of KNCHR and RCK was lucky to be incorporated in a two day capacity building on mainstreaming on right-based approach in promotion and protection of Refugees and Host community Rights.

Mostly situated in Daadab Camp, Kakuma Camp, and Kalobei integrated settlement and urban areas of Nairobi, Mombasa and Nakuru.
Handling such a high number of refugees has always been a challenge to duty bearers especially the law and security enforcement agencies.
The capacity gaps have been depicted in managing Refugees affairs, documentation, access to justice, policy framework and compliance.
