23-Yr-Old Vanessa Ogema who was recorded hurling insults to a hospital attendant while disrupting the procedural flow of services at Port Victoria Hospital in Busia has been arrested.
The woman aggrieved by some bad things (not recorded) went as far as namedropping Ababu Namwamba’s name.
The suspect will be arraigned Monday 8.
