Mary, a 36-year-old woman from Nairobi, said “I do” to her husband Patrick twelve years ago, she believed nothing would ever shake their marriage. They had built a home together, raised two children, and gone through life’s struggles hand in hand. Their neighbors often admired them, saying they were the perfect example of a peaceful and united couple.
