Siaya United Democratic Party stalwart, Frederick Oyugi Dor has paid glowing tribute to President Dr William Samoei Ruto following his highly successful 4-day working tour of Luo Nyanza.
Mr. Oyugi Dor who aspires to contest for the Ugunja Constituency parliamentary seat described Dr. Ruto as a shrewd and astute leader who was committed to championing a united and inclusive country.
“President William Ruto is a devoted and indefatigable administrator who is cause-driven,” said Mr. Dor in a statement, adding “He is a gifted politician, modest yet strategic schemer.He is selfless, progressive, dependable and a committed champion for a more united and inclusive Kenya.”
The President launched the tarmacking of Bondo-Uyawi-Kibanga-Liunda Beach road and also inspected Dhogoye bridge in Bondo, Siaya County.
Earlier, President William Samoei Ruto commissioned MV Uhuru II, a vessel with a carrying capacity of 1063 tonnes and fitted with a cruising speed of 14 knots.
In conclusion the UDA Party leader said: “I sincerely thank CS Eliud Owalo, PS Raymond Omollo and all the leaders who worked tirelessly to ensure this trip was a success and our people turned up in large numbers to welcome the President.”
