The Eliud Owalo Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of the ELIUD OWALO SUPER CUP TOURNAMENT, 2023. This ground-breaking initiative is aimed at revitalizing football standards among the youth in the former Nyanza province counties of Migori, Homabay, Kisumu, and Siaya.

*INTRODUCTION:* The *Eliud Owalo Super Cup* is a response to the declining soccer standards in the region and the growing vulnerability of young individuals to issues such as drug abuse, alcoholism, crime, and immorality.
