The Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga in the company of Governor James Aggrey Bob Orengo and other elected leaders today presided over the official launch of the annual Migwena Sports and Cultural Festivals in Bondo constituency Siaya County.
Many games and talents including inter-county boat racing competition that had our neighbors Busia, Kisumu, and Homa Bay at Wich Lum Beach.
