MANCHESTER CITY have beaten Newcastle 3-2 in Saturday’s evening kick off at St James’ Park.
The Treble winners took the lead through Bernardo Silva’s clever flick to beat Martin Dubravka before Alexander Isak’s stunning equaliser on 35 minutes.
Anthony Gordon’s superb curling effort beat City’s substitute goalkeeper Stefan Ortega to give the Toon the lead just before half time.
