A man in Rajasthan’s Jaipur was arrested on charges of raping his minor daughter. The incident was reported after the 11-year-old victim narrated her ordeal to her uncle and subsequently, a First Information Report (FIR) in the case was filed.
The minor was eight months pregnant when the incident came to light.
The man raped his daughter for nearly a year after he had sent his wife, along with their son, to her maternal home.
Meanwhile, the Rajasthan High Court has rejected the minor’s plea to terminate her 32-week pregnancy
