Former Police Spokesperson Charles Owino has alleged that Azimio La Umoja leader Raila Odinga is already in Ruto’s government but is yet to fully join the government.
Mr. Owino said that the bipartisan talks are geared towards making Raila Odinga part of the Kenya Kwanza Government due to the ratification of the Office of Leader of Opposition.
It was ironical that Raila blasted legislators for having breakfast with the President at State House while secretly courting for favours from Ruto.
Owino urged Raila to hasten joining President William Ruto’s government as he comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge in running institutions.
Charles Owino Wahongo is the UDA Party Coordinator for Siaya County. He took the opportunity to challenge Siaya residents to join UDA Party in their numbers saying that Raila’s stranglehold on the region was slackening.
