Residents of Sotik in Bomet County on Sunday heckled Energy CS Davis Chirchir Infront of his boss president William Ruto.
The backlash from an angry crowd is just the tip of the iceberg from Kenyans who are disparaged by the government with incessant fuel price hikes amid the high cost of living.
Chirchir’s attempt to address the gathering at a thanksgiving event in Sotik was drowned out by boos and jeers.
