In the viral video, Kisii County Woman Representative Doris Donya who was elected on a Wiper Democratic Party ticket in the last general elections calls out the officer for neglect of duty at the expense of mourning his dead wife.

How is mourning your wife? Officer you are paid for what you produce at work. You have not come to work for three weeks and you are telling me you are mourning your wife and I know you are mourning your wife. You buried your wife two weeks ago..You people are not serious, I don’t know what is really wrong with you.” She is heard aggressively saying on the phone call.
