Bondo town recently granted municipality status is a throbbing business hub and the epicenter of economic activities in the region and is poised to provide the bank an enabling environment for growth.
According to Governor Orengo, the existence of the bank in Siaya County will expand business opportunities, boost wealth creation and go a long way in granting locals access to financing thus building on economic transformation on shared growth.
The 2023-2027 Siaya County Integrated Development Plan is anchored on Agribusiness and Enterprise and the existence of the bank will ensure farmers and fishermen are given Financial support required for Blue economy and Aquaculture.
ADVERTISEMENTGovernor Orengo further encouraged all stakeholders and locals to ensure they put synergy in all opportunities that present themselves including the presence of the bank in the locality.
During the launch Executive Representatives from Diamond Trust Bank assured Bondo residents a minimum of 10 opportunities for internship.
The management also promised exemplary services tailor-made to achieve results saying the bank’s priority is fostered on enabling individuals to attain the Happiness Index.
